3 Golden Rules to Adopting Healthy Habits
- Don't expect yourself to follow it at all times (allow yourself a day off, once in a while)
- Realise that adherence ebs and flows, don't give up because you broke your habit once. Get 'back on the horse'.
- Only try to adopt one new habit at a time. ie. make small changes at a time. Change one meal or one day or one component. Once you do that regularly, take on another healthy habit
