Rest. Make sure you get plenty of it
Recovery is just as important as training (and nutrition). You do not grow, adapt or burn most of your calories during workout. You need to let your body recover between workouts.
Charles Poliquin has a nice recovery mantra: Don't run when you can walk, don't walk when you can stand, don't stand when you can sit, don't sit when you can lay and don't just lie when you can sleep.
(As long as you are doing the right workouts and activities of daily living)
