Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

What You'll Need

  • 2 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond millk (unsweetened)
What You'll Do
  • Combine all ingredients into a blender.  Blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy
  • Don't freak out about the celery, you won't even taste it
  • If you use SynerProtein Chocolate, you don't even need to add the celery because It provides all the essential amino acids your body needs, combined with cruciferous vegetables, vitamins, minerals and herbs to aid absorption.
