"NO WHEAT" high protein pancakes (DELICIOUS fat-burning recipe)

I received this recipe from Joel Marion & Josh Bezoni, of BioTrust Nutrition. 
Joel is famous for developing several very successful fat loss diet and exercise plans, including Cheat Your Way Thin, Xtreme Fat Loss Diet (which, incidently, I tried in November 2010, during my 'Magnum PI/Tom Selleck Challenge, and found hard going but effective), the1000 Calorie Challenge Workout System (with Arnel Ricafranca), and 24/7 Fat Loss (with Craig Ballantyne of Turbulence Training fame).

Josh is best known for being the nutritionist for fitness legend Bill Phillips at his supplement company EAS/Body-for-LIFE and developer of the 7 Day Belly Blast Diet.

No-wheat High Protein Pancakes

1/3 cup fat-free whipped cottage cheese
1/4 cup egg whites
2.5 scoops of Vanilla protein powder (~30g of protein)
1 tbsp sugar free stevia-sweetened syrup

Directions:

Combine the cottage cheese, egg whites, and protein powder in a bowl. Blend with a hand-held blender for best results.

Pour the batter into a pan; cook each side approximately 2 mins.

Top with sugar-free syrup and enjoy.

Makes 3 pancakes for a total of 45 delicious grams of protein.
